Winner: Touch of a Button Ltd for White Fir
For taking on and overcoming immeasurable challenges Touch of a Button triumphed with its White Fir project in Bulgaria.
The brief for the project was to provide affordable, high-tech audio and visual solutions throughout a residential complex in a skiing district of Bulgaria. The solution differentiated this property from others in the area and added a significant perceived value to the units without adding the equivalent amount in costs for the developer.
The technology needed be made available in all 350 apartments, three bars, two restaurants, and conference room as well as each of the many offices, games rooms, neighbour’s reception areas and spas.
There were many factors to take into consideration, at the top of the list was the variety of different ways in which the clientele would be using the complex.
Challenges to the project included overcoming a lack of telecom infrastructure and different building techniques. However the outcome was of such a high standard, not only do other developers in the area want Touch of A Button to work for them – the White Fir client has requested the company provides the technology solutions for all his forthcoming developments!
